During our special visit, in Chiangmai, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Governor Prawin Chamniprasarat to discuss his sincere efforts honoring the Kings Royal Scholarship Project for students. The vision of late King Bhumibol was to provide tuition for all needy students in Thailand. This year Angels Wings Foundation is proud to support the King's Project in Chiangmai by providing 12 students annually with full high school scholarships.
