December 2004 Tsunami Relief

After the waves from the December 2004 tsunami subsided, Phang Nga’s city lay floating in pieces in the ocean and its fishing boats had been crashed upon the rocks of the nearby hills of the area. In March, 2005, with the support of the Military Housewife Association and the Secretary General’s office, Angels Wings donated twelve new boats to the fisherman of Phang Nga. A dedication ceremony was held for Angels Wings founder, Bui Simon to provide the donation to the Secretary General’s wife Veena Shinawatra.
